Wilfred and Polly had a daughter Nancy. Nancy married Roger Aldrich in 1949 and in that year took over the management of "Polly's Pancake Parlor.

What had begun as a way to sell more of their farm's maple sugar products soon morphed into a fully-fledged restaurant business — and the rest is history.

Polly's came recommended so we made the 1.5 hour drive to try it. I was warned about the long wait but we only had to wait about 15-20 minutes at about 11:45am on a Friday in July so I guess that's not bad.

TL;Dr i don't really think this place is worth the wait - especially the 1.5 hour wait we did today (peak season!). Polly's should really implement a phone/online based waiting system like other restaurants instead of the pager system (due to which we had to stay in the premises for 1.5 hour instead of getting to explore nearby).
